Challenges
Reaching unicorn status at speed, Crimson required an identity that matched its status as the best college admissions counsellors in the world. Refract was faced with evolving an already iconic, high-visibility brand into a cohesive, digital-first system that works across regions, channels and teams, all fully localised. The approach needed to balance the student and parent ethos while making production faster and quality more consistent across web, social and sales collateral.
